Shipping Policy

At GotGlow Skin, we aim to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

Order Processing
    •    All orders require 3–5 business days to process before being shipped.
    •    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
    •    You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times and Rates

Shipping times and rates vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:
    •    Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
    
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

Delivery Locations
    •    We currently ship within the United States only.
    •    International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Issues with Delivery

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@gotglowskin.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
    •    Lost Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting your local carrier office for assistance.
    •    Damaged Packages: Please email us photos of the damage within 3 days of delivery to begin a resolution process.

Shipping Restrictions
    •    We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
    •    Some delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
